Visiting New York City

Getting There

✈️ By Air

Fly into JFK, Newark (EWR), or LaGuardia (LGA). JFK and Newark offer the easiest access to Manhattan via AirTrain and subway/train connections. You can also take a cab or Uber/Lyft from any airport to your hotel - this is the easiest option.

🚊 By Train

Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal are the major rail hubs, with Amtrak and regional trains.

πŸš— By Car

Parking in NYC is expensive ($40-60/day). We recommend using public transportation or rideshare services once you're in the city.

Where to Stay

We have two room blocks for you to choose from. Please click the links below to book your room. The sooner you book, the better the rate will be.

NYC Tips

πŸ—ΊοΈ Getting Around

Walk or use the subway. You can pay via Apple/Google Pay or with a credit card - no need to purchase a subway card.

β˜€οΈ Weather

May weather: 60-75Β°F. The days can be warm, but nights get a little chilly so pack layers. And don't forget to pack an umbrella or a rain coat just in case.

🏨 Hotel

Please feel free to choose whatever hotel makes the most sense for you, but if you are unfamiliar with NYC, we strongly urge you to stay within a five minute walking distance from the venue, so you don't have to take the subway or use a rideshare service to attend events.
